All rental reservations are scheduled on the hour or half a​n hour

An initial security deposit will be required to finalize your reservation.

Full payment will be required before or on the day of the reservation prior to taking the court.

All rental reservations will be confirmed by Odenton Sports Center staff within 24 hrs. of the request

Events requiring major setup should be submitted at least one month prior to the anticipated event. (Exceptions will be taken into consideration based on availability) A detailed description of the special event activity and setup should be included in the Appointment Notes Section of the Reservation. Additional fees may be assessed.

Organizations requesting a rental may be required to provide proof of liability insurance naming the Odenton Sports Center as “Additionally Insured” for the event.
Long Term Rental Request
A long term rental is a reservation that includes confirmed multiple day rentals. If you are interested in renting the facility on a long term basis we require you to fill out the Long Term Lease Form. Requests are reviewed within two business days and are subject to approval based on facility and staff availability, and appropriate use. Security Deposit is due the day of the reservation. Please provide detailed information for your reservation in the Message box of the Lease Form. This will ensure we are able to confirm your reservation promptly.
